This program is from the reprised broadway show Funny Girl at the August Wilson Theatre. It is from Lea Michele’s opening night as Fanny Brice. It is one of a set of two and shows minimal wear and tear as it has been kept in excellent condition.

As with many programs, it has ads and actor biographies. It also lists the replacements for some of the actors that could not perform that night. There was a total of 5 replacements that night as the Covid Pandemic was still pretty high.

In attendance was Ryan Murphy, Jonathan Groff, Lea Michele’s Parents, Jonathan Groff’s Parents, some other famous broadway stars and allegedly Drew Barrymore. There were around seven standing ovations (many started by her best friend Jonathan). It was a euphoric experience for all who were in attendance.
