This item is a army green Zara Man shirt size small. It has a neck that is similar to that of a hooded (hoodie) sweatshirt. It came with a wardrobe that indicates it was from the 23rd (day 5) scene of season 4 episode 15 titled “Boys and Girls on Film.” This is the episode that had the 500th performance (Shout from Animal House) in it.

There is no tag present that has Chris Colfer or Kurt Hummel written on the tag; as is a custom practice for wardrobe departments. The wardrobe indicates that it was worn with cargo pkt but the cross-out marks mean that these were changed but in the episode you can see that this shirt was worn with black pants (possibly sweat-pant style).
