This item is a red Pro Club Comfort t-shirt size extra large. It was provided to the crew of Glee. It has the number 500 on the back of it and that is because it was given out on the day of the 500th music number for the series. The crew wore them as a surprise while the cast perform the 500th musical number.
This entire sequence can be viewed on the extra’s real of Season 4’s DVD. It can also probably be found on youtube. The actual performance was during season 4, episode 15 titled “Girls (and Boys) on Film.” While the cast is performing Shout from Animal House the crew wore these shirts in the cafeteria set in honor of the 500th performance.
It is unclear as to if this is directly from a crew member of the show or if it was an extra one someone grabbed. Based on the Ebay profile it is suspected that this is from a cinimatographer and or film crew person. But this is not confirmed and is purley speculation.
