This is one of several banners (possibly there was more than one of these types of banners) that were used during filming. This banner or a banner similar to this can be seen hanging in the gym scene of the show. This particular banner has some discoloration on the white trim of the borders. This could indicate that it was screen used but that is unconfirmed.

This material for this banner is very durable. It is heavy and quite large in scale. It is the same size and material as the Cheerleading banner that is also part of this collection.
