These shoes were worn by Diana Agron (portraying Quinn Fabray) in a currently unknown episode of Glee. They are believed to be part of performance because a tread pad was added to them. They are Glint Viola Gold Jeweled Heels size 7.5. They came from an auction house that provided a certificate of authenticity and all accompanying paperwork from the official 20th Century Fox Glee Auction.

The biggest contender for the episode these were worn on is season 3 episode eleven titled Michael. In that episode Diana Agron, portraying Quinn Fabray, has a solo performance to “Never Can Say Goodbye;” it’s a montage video for a small portion of the song she is wearing a sparkly black dress and what appears to be dark gold heals. The camera angles, regrettably, do not provide a shot of the shoes to make a positive confirmation.

Social media detectives (or gleetectives) are providing some information that these may be from season two episode twenty titled Prom Queen. There is a scene where Diana is walking down the stairs at her house and you can see she is wearing open toe shoes but the color is not distinctive. As with the other possibility the angle is not very great. But this is certainly a terrific option!
