This jacket is part of a Glee Halloween Costume. The original outfit came with a pair of pants that matched and allowed the wearer to portray Sue Sylvester. The tag indicates it’s part of the 20th Century Fox official Glee merchandise. The jacket resembles the red Adidas tracksuit from the pilot episode (and several others). Instead of the Adidas logo, it has glee on the right side of the chest.
