This memorial program was used in Season 2 episode 21 of Glee titled “Funeral.” It was a sad episode for Glee as it involved the funeral of Sue Sylvester’s sister Jean. The New Directions put the funeral together and even sang at it to honor Jean Sylvester. This program would have been held by someone who participated in the funeral. They were not extremely visible during filming so it is unclear who may have been holding this particular program (if it was used in filming at all).
