This is a prop used in various seasons and episodes of Glee. They are commonly seen in any football scene on the show. Most notably in season 2 episode 11 titled the Sue Sylvester Shuffle.

This one was most likely used by an extra (if used at all); the texture and appearance make it believed to be from the earlier seasons. It is unclear who may have been holding this particular foam finger (if it was held at all).
