This style of jacket was from season 6 episode 11 titled “We Built This Glee Club” and briefly in episode 10 titled “The Rise and Fall of Sue Sylvester” and in the finale episode of the series titled “Dreams Come True.” The wardrobe tag indicates it was worn by Kitty Wilde who was portrayed by Becca Tobin (from the final episode of the series). It is unclear if the same jacket was used in all three episodes or if they had multiple.

The tie is made from The Tie Bar. It appears this particular tie was altered and restitched. The jacket is from Some’s Uniforms Inc. The tag inside the jacket has the name Kitty written on it as is common practice for the wardrobe department. It also appears that the white trim above the patch was stitched on after the jacket itself was manufactured. It is unsure if it was done by the wardrobe department or the uniform company.
