This envelope is from season 3 episode 22 (the season finale) of Glee titled “Goodbye.” It has not been determined if this envelope was used during the episode or if it was an extra. It would have housed Rachel Berry’s (portrayed by Lea Michele) acceptance letter to NYADA.

The envelope is a self-adhesive with the sticker protector still attached. It does have the addresses and USPS indications on the bottom but no stamp marks on it. This indication provides evidence that this envelope may have been an extra piece for retakes.
