These were seen (sort of) during Season 2, Episode 16 (titled Original Songs)of Glee. After each show choir has completed their sets, one of the Judges (Carla Turnington-Stevens) gets punched in the face for announcing Aural Intensity came in third. One of the envelopes is still sealed closed while the other one (arrived) is open. It is unknown if the open one was the one used for the announcement or not. It could have been or it could have just been a stock double.
