This pass is from Season 4, episode 22 titled “All or Nothing.” This is the last episode of season 4 and ended with a New Directions victory. In it they sang one original song and two covers. Though this pass looks worn it still has a sticker backen on it.

The fact that it has that backen makes it hard to determine if they was used during filming. If it was it would have been something that a competition worker, volunteer, or maybe participant. At least it is believed that is who would have had one of these.
