This booklet would be provided to the judges of the 2014 Showchoir Sectionals Championship. This was used in season 6 episode 11 of Glee titled “We Built This Glee Club” It has two judges from the first sectionals in season 1. This is when the New Directions wore a specific uniform that helped the Warblers and New Directions bond. They sang “Take Me Church,” “Chandelier,” and “Come Sail Away.”

It lists several “Special Recognition” options and a rating system. It is unclear as to whether or not this booklet was filmed during this episode. If it was it is believed to have been a stagnant prop or scenery item.
