This item is from Season 3, episode 21 titled “Nationals.” This program is slightly different from others in the series. It lists the usual ads, song list (including ones not performed during competition but in the episode), the code of ethics, and lyrics to songs performed during competition. It also lists lyrics of songs performed throughout the series in prior seasons.

This program also has a vendor pass that is not believed to have been used on screen. The vendor pass is a sticker and as it still has the proper backen on it, the pass is believed to have been an extra prop. The program itself appears slightly worn-out so there is a possability it was used on screen but it is hard to say specifically.
